Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Wizzwell is a brand of Second Half Win LLC, 825 32nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. Wizzwell makes incontinence products for men. Because of that, the fact that a person has joined our list or written to us can indicate something about their health, and we treat the information below as consumer health data.

The consumer health data we collect, and why

• Your email address and the fact that you joined the Wizzwell list.
• What our email provider records alongside your address: when you signed up, your approximate location (worked out from your IP address), and whether you open our emails or click a link in them.
• Anything about your health that you choose to tell us in an email.

We collect it because you asked to hear from us. We use it only to email you about Wizzwell — the launch and first production run, and after that product news, offers and discounts, and useful information from time to time — and to answer you when you write to us.

Where it comes from

From you, directly — when you join the list or email us.

The consumer health data we share

None. We do not share consumer health data, and we do not sell it.

Third parties and affiliates we share it with

None. The only companies that handle it are processors working for us, under contract and only on our instructions: Kit (our email list provider); Google Workspace (our mailbox).

Your rights, and how to use them

You have the right to:

• confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and get a copy of it, including a list of anyone we have shared it with;
• withdraw your consent to our collecting or sharing it;
• have it deleted.

To use any of these, email hello@wizzwell.life from the address you signed up with and tell us what you want. We will respond within 45 days. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.

If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision and saying so. We will answer the appeal in writing within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
