The short version: we collect your email if you give it to us, and almost nothing else.

Who we are

Wizzwell is a brand of Second Half Win LLC, 825 32nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. Reach us at hello@wizzwell.life.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the list — plus a short channel code (like video-01) noting which of our links brought you here, so we know which channels are working. Your browser remembers that code for the length of your visit only, so it survives if you click around before signing up.
• What our email provider records alongside it: when you signed up, your approximate location (worked out from your IP address — a city or region, not a street), and whether you open our emails or click a link in them.
• Anything you write to us when you email hello@wizzwell.life.
• Anonymous visit counts. We run our own visit counter. It notes pages viewed, the site that sent you here, and your browser, device type, and country. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot tell who you are or follow you to other sites.
• Standard technical data (IP address, browser type) that every website host briefly handles to deliver pages and block attacks.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information to anyone.
• We don’t use advertising trackers or cookies on this site. (Our emails do use our email provider’s standard open and click tracking.)
• We don’t share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Do Not Track

We don’t track you from site to site, so there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” signal to switch off — you get the same treatment either way. No other company collects information about your activity across websites through this site.

What we use it for

To email you about Wizzwell — the launch and first production run, and after that product news, offers and discounts, and useful information from time to time. To answer you when you write to us. And to see which of our channels bring people to us. Nothing else.

Who handles it for us

A few companies process information on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

• Kit (our email list provider) — stores your email address, when you signed up, a channel code for the link that brought you here, and your approximate location (worked out from your IP address); sends our emails and records whether you open them or click a link.
• Google Workspace (our mailbox) — holds any email you send to hello@wizzwell.life.
• Cloudflare (our web host) — delivers the site and, like every web host, briefly handles technical request data (IP address, browser type) to do that and to block attacks.
• Vultr (the company we rent our analytics server from) — runs the server where our own visit counter lives; the counter uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot identify you.

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed primarily here.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, our email provider keeps your address marked “unsubscribed” so we can’t email you again by mistake. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it entirely.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• See, correct, or delete what we hold about you: email hello@wizzwell.life from the address you signed up with. We’ll answer within 45 days, whatever state or country you live in.
• If you are in the EU or UK: we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time the same way.

Health information

Wizzwell makes incontinence products, so simply being on our list can say something about a person’s health. We treat it that way. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers it.

Children

This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If the business changes hands

If Wizzwell is reorganized or acquired, the list would move with the business and stay under this policy. We’d tell you by email, and you could leave the list before or after.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell the list by email before the change takes effect.
